*Kid’s love it* Make Ahead*
Serves 4
*Prep: 5 min *Cook: 30min*

- 1 lb. Ground Beef Chuck
- 4 Radish quartered
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato quartered
- 1 Sazón con Culantro and Achote
- 2 Potatoes quartered
- 2 Carrots thick slices
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Corn Cobbs (split in halves)
- Cabbage
- Cilantro
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Bring water to a boil
- Make your meatballs: 1/2 of onion diced, minced garlic, sazón packet, garlic salt, salt, and pepper
- Add carrots, radish, 1/2 onion cut in halves, tomato quartered, corn, salt, and pepper to taste
- Add your meatballs
- 10 min before cooking time is over add cabbage and potatoes
- Cook for 25-30 min until meatballs are nice and done
