
This is one of my favorite recipes, I say that about all of them. I like this one because it is so easy to make and you can make it in one pot. Well, besides the pasta that is separate. My family also enjoys this recipe as much as I do.
- 1 Bag Shrimp
- 1/2 Packet Sazon con culantro and achote
- 1 Garlic Clove Minced
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
- 1/2 Cup Half and Half
- 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated (extra for adding at the end)
- Salt and Pepper
- Butter
- Oil
Directions
- Cook pasta as you would
- On a hot skillet or Dutch oven heat up butter and oil, add your shrimp
- Remove shrimp from skillet/Dutch oven
- Add your garlic and cook until nice and fragrant
- Add chicken broth, reduce 1-2 min
- Add half and half and heavy cream
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Add parmesan cheese little at a time
- Add a little of your pasta water and stir until thicken
- Add your shrimp and let it simmer a bit

I like to pair it with a nice salad, broccoli, asparagus, and many more. I use to love going to olive garden until I decided to try it out at home and it is way better.
