Philly Time

I know sports have begun at least for my family, we love watching from soccer to football even the olympics.

We are always cheering for others.

Here is and easy recipe that everyone will love from the youngest to the biggest.

Here are your ingredients
  • 1 Bread Loaf ( I used Puerto Rican Bread)
  • 14 OZ. Beef Shaved Steak
  • 4 OZ. Mushroom Diced
  • 1 Bell pepper Thin- sliced
  • 1 Onion Round Thin- slices
  • Butter
  • Oil
  • Swiss Cheese
  • Provolone Cheese

Let’s get to cooking, here are the directions.

  1. Add your oil and butter to skillet.
  2. Add garlic, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. Cook about 5 min (I don’t like our veggies mushy)
  3. Add your meat, combine well.
  4. While meat is being cooked, set oven to a low broil, open your bread and set in oven until nice and toasted.
  5. When your bread is toasted remove from oven, add swiss cheese, and place back in oven to melt your cheese.
  6. Add provolone cheese to your meat and green pepper mixture, cover and let it melt.
  7. Removed you bread from the oven.
  8. Add your meat mixture to your bread and serve.

You can use this mixture to make lettuce wraps, wraps, or even burritos.

I hope you give it a try and if you do make this share it with me and your family. Send me a video, message, or even a pic of what you made to my Instagram.

Thank you for sticking around and I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family and I do. Please, remember I am not a chef and if there is anything I am doing wrong please forgive me.

-Enjoy-
